Beauty of Sadness – POEM

Hug Me Tight

Let’s Forget Everything That Happened in Such a Short Time.

Let’s Ignore the Words We’ve Spoke .

Just Hug Me Tight.

Let Me Forget Everything

While I Breathe in Your Scent

While All My Tears Can Finally Be Held Back.

Let Me Hate You.

Do Something to Make Me Hate You.

Cause All I Can Think of Are the Promises You Made.

All the Promises I Made.

All The Smiles We’ve Shared.

It’s All Stopping Me From…

Remembering The Promises You Broke.

Remembering The Tears You’ve Had Me Shed.

Remembering the Lies You Told Me.

But I Can’t Do That

So Hug Me Tight

Let Me Forget Everything.

While I Breathe in Your Scent

Let Me Hate You.

Let Me Hate You.

You’ve Done So Much

But You’re Eyes Remind Me of the Good.

Your Words Remind Me of Our Laughs.

Every Time I See You.

I Wanna Forget

So Just Hold Me Tight

And Let Me Forget Everything.

Or Let Me Hate You.

Because Right Now, I Can’t.

All I Can Think of Are the Promises You Made

The Smiles We Shared

That’s Stopping Me From…

Remembering Promises You Broke.

The Tears You’ve Had Me Shed.

Remembering the Lies You Told Me.

But I Can’t.

So Hug Me Tight

Let Me Forget Everything

While I Breathe in Your Scent

Or Let Me Hate You.
